Georgia

Georgia completed her BSc in Biological Sciences at the University of Exeter in 2017. Following her degree, Georgia worked for four years in industry, at Cambridge-based company, Iontas, discovering and characterising therapeutic antibodies against a variety of disease targets using phage and mammalian display.

Georgia is now a first-year PhD student in the Turner lab, researching the key regulatory mechanisms and factors that influence B cell development, and how they are perturbed by ageing.
