Heidi Hauser joined the Babraham Institute in 2022 as the Graduate Studies Officer, utilising her background in education, running recruitment and admissions.

Heidi previously worked in DNA sequencing and pathogen genomics research and was also heavily involved in developing and delivering training courses focused on genomics for scientists, clinicians and healthcare professionals.

Working closely with the Head of Strategic Research Development and Graduate Studies, the Graduate Studies Officer is responsible for the management and administration of the PhD’s studentship programmes throughout the academic year and co-ordinating the end to end Graduate Programme.
