Kleopatra has studied Chemistry at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She also holds a MSc in Clinical Chemistry where she had her first experience with Flow Cytometry. Her thesis was on Evaluating Flow Cytometry for the Detection of Circulating Tumour Cells in Breast Cancer Patients. Since March of 2018 she was working for four years as a Flow Cytometry Technician at the Alexander Fleming Institute in Athens, Greece. Part of her daily duties included Cell sorting for different users in the Institute and maintaining and troubleshooting the Flow Cytometry Analyser. She also has experience in sample preparation and cell staining. She joined the Flow Cytometry Facility in October 2022 as a Flow Cytometry Assistant where she supports and advises users
