Making Life Work Well

There are many facilities and policies available for staff and students at the Babraham Institute to make life work well.

In our 2016 staff consultations we asked about the things we do well in helping people to combine work and family life. Responses included:

'Work life balance is important here and that is really good.'

---Computing Support Staff

'From a family point of view I can't think of a better place to work. There is flexibility and high-quality child care.'

---Facility Head

'Summer socials, Christmas events, the nursery on site, on site housing. Not many places provide so much.'

---Science Support Staff
