Diljeet Gill

Diljeet completed his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences BSc at Newcastle University before joining the PhD program at the Babraham Institute in 2016. He was awarded his PhD in Biological Sciences from the University of Cambridge in 2021.

Diljeet studies how the epigenome changes as we age and how these changes are reversed during iPSC reprogramming. In particular, he focuses on transient reprogramming approaches, which may be able to rejuvenate cells whilst maintaining their original cell type.
