HR Business Partner

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our dynamic and diverse research organisation as a member of our experienced HR team.  This is an exciting opportunity to work in a traditional organisation with a forward-thinking approach and join us on our journey whilst we embed the Business Partner model.
 
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide a full generalist service to designated client groups.  In addition, working with the other Business Partner, the successful applicant will support the Head of HR in a deputising role and in the delivery of key strategic projects.
 
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified with substantial generalist experience.  You will either already be working at a senior level or be ready to take the next step in your career.  You will be highly motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to provide pragmatic advice across a diverse range of people management issues, including at senior level. You will also have a proven track record of delivering HR projects.

Starting salary is £31,000 per annum to £43,500 per annum (depending on experience).
