HR and L&D Assistant
Reporting to an HR Business Partner, the post-holder is a key member of the Human Resources team. This permanent role focuses on providing professional and first-class HR support to the Institute. In addition, this role will coordinate learning and development activities and programmes.
The successful applicant will have experience of working as an HR Administrator or Assistant and using HR systems. In addition, they will ideally have Level 3 Foundation CIPD (or equivalent), experience of creating reports and a keen interest in the area of learning and development.
Starting salary is £25,795 per annum to £27,090 per annum depending on experience.
