New methods for systems approaches for analysing nuclear function

We are developing methodology to obtain a more comprehensive view of the molecular networks that are involved in the replication of chromatin.

The methods involve in vivo labeling of protein interactions, live cell microscopy, high-resolution microscopy, protein purification and mass spectrometry.

Such a comprehensive understanding of the protein network for chromatin replication is a first step towards a systems biology approach for chromatin replication
