Teresa Lozano

Dr Teresa Lozano graduated from the University of Navarra (UNAV, Spain) with a MSc Biochemistry (2009) and a Ph.D in Molecular and Cell Biology. Her work has focussed on transcription factor biology and regulatory T cell development with an interest in therapeutic targetting.

Teresa’s CRUK-funded research in Rahul’s group aims to identify new small molecules that stimulate anti-tumour immunity by targetting the immunosuppressive function of regulatory T cells in cancer.
