A variety of accommodation options are available in Cambridge, though booking early is recommended to avoid disappointment.  Below is a list of options available. The reimbursement of incurred accommodation expenses is paid as a flat rate for a set amount of up to a maximum of €90 per person per night. This set amount includes a provision to cover breakfast expenses. Up to 3 nights can be covered by COST. Note that Taxis are not reimbursable unless there is no other option available, so we highly encourage participants to fly to Stansted, the closest airport to Cambridge, easily accessible via train.
