AccommodationA variety of accommodation options are available in Cambridge, though booking early is recommended to avoid disappointment. Below is a list of options available. Please note when booking your hotel that there will be a workshop bus (included in participant fee; details below), which will ONLY pick up at Parkside (Police Station) and Cambridge Train Station.

TransportThe Babraham Research Campus is located just south of Cambridge City Centre and can be reached by car, bus or bike. Please see below for directions and further information. GENiE consortium participants will be issued with a receipt for the transport provided for reimbursement purposes.
A bus will be available for all delegates for transport between the Babraham Research Campus and Cambridge City Centre. If you wish to make use of this service, please indicate this on the registration form. Specific times of the bus transport will be communicated to delegates in advance of the workshop. The bus will stop in Cambridge City Centre (Parkside, Police Station), Cambridge Train Station and the Babraham Institute.
If you wish to cycle to the workshop, cycle storage is available.

Parking will be available to those wishing to drive to the conference. Please be sure to state your intention to drive to the conference during registration as you will need to provide your vehicle registration number in advance to produce security passes. The location of the Babraham Research Campus is detailed below.
Please note that some sat-nav systems will direct you to the old entrance on the High Street, Babraham. Access to the Babraham Research Campus is now ONLY from the roundabout on the A1307. As part of our community policy, we request that Institute visitors avoid travelling through Babraham Village whenever possible.
